  Installation guide:

Jihai provides installation instructions and performs on-site installation instructions according to the actual needs of the project until the equipment is installed.

Equipment commissioning:

Provide equipment commissioning instructions in a longitudinal direction and perform on-site equipment commissioning according to customer requirements. During the equipment debugging process, if the components of the equipment are found to be damaged or abnormally working, the joints are responsible for free replacement.

User training:

According to customer needs, we provide training in any part of equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, on-site technical guidance, installation, equipment connection, commissioning, and complete equipment delivery, normal use and maintenance.

  Technical Services:

1. Feedback tracking service for transportation, packaging, operation and technical performance of manufactured products.

2. Provide users with unpaid consulting services after sale, give reasonable advice on products, investigate and forecast market demand, and propose performance plans for new generation of updated products.

3. Write the annual sales service work summary and account card, and store the contract files for reference according to the characteristics of each user.

4. Establish new and old user network systems, summarize and record customer information, and provide accurate quality improvement opinions for subsequent product design and requirements.
